The idea for Grovercomp began off the heels of an abandoned server I came into possession of in my time as a security guard, and aspirations formerly shared with a fellow informatician about simulating computing hardware designs at a statistically meaningful scale to prove viability of designs.

To garner interest in this endeavour and ensure its dissemination into the public, this weblog was started to chronicle its development and motivations throughout. Once it’s all said and done, the weblog will serve as a time capsule for our posterity.
